atherectomy and balloon angioplasty coding

Kim Posted Fri 12th of December, 2014 16:11:40 PM

Our physician performed the following procedures: abdominal aortography, 2) selective runoff of the left lower extremity 3) Percutaneoud intervention with rotational atherectomy of long segment occluded left superficial femoral artery 4) balloon angioplasty of the left (SFA) 5) balloon angioplasty of left anterior tibial vessel. We have not billed this before if you could help that would be great. Thanks!!!
