For the following,
1.Right distal humerus supracondylar fracture with retained lateral column plate, medial column plate, and olecranon plate, symptomatic.
2.Posttraumatic flexion contracture, right elbow.
3.Right middle finger triggering.

1.Right middle finger A1 release.
2.Removal of olecranon plate and screws, right.
3.Removal of distal humerus lateral column plate and screws, right.
4.Removal of medial column plate and screws, right.
5.Arthrotomy with anterior capsular release for flexion contracture, right.

I would code 26055 and 20680 but I am unsure of what other codes I need to use, as well as how many times I can code 20680.
