What is included in arthorplasty proecure code 27700?

Dx:Traaumatic arthritis ankle joint, OCD lesion posterior dome talus, Exostosis dorsum neck talus, Periarticular osteophytes, anterior tibial plafond.

Incision ankle joint expoe the entire ankle joint. Osteophytes resected from anterior tibial plafondanteriorly adn at the level of medial malleolus then attention turned to dorsum neck of thalus exostosis was resected the same was done to the fibula.

Would all these procedures be included in the 27700 code?

There was also a OCD lesion at the posterior aspect centrally this was drilled (talar dome). Is there a separate code for this procedure?

Arthroplasty of the ankle is performed to treat degenerative changes in the ankle including rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and traumatic arthropathy. An incision is made over the anterior aspect of the ankle joint. Soft tissues are dissected and the joint capsule exposed and incised. Joint structures are inspected. Loose bodies, bone spurs, and inflamed tissue are excised. In 27700, ankle arthroplasty is performed without use of an implant. One type of procedure is a distraction ankle arthroplasty. Following removal of loose bodies, bone spurs, and damaged tissue, the ankle is distracted using an external distraction device. This code includes all the above mentioned procedures.
