Can you please tell me if you can bill other procedures such as the 'G0108' 'G0447' G0103' 'G0436' 'G0437' along with the AWV 'G0438' OR 'G0439'

Can you bill 'G0108' and 'G0447' together on the same day by the same physician?

Can you bill an e/m code with a 25 modifier with the AWV 'G0438'/'G0439' 'G0447' OR 'G0108

Yes you can so long as you have met the documentation criteria for each of these codes for the provided service. But do be sure you understand what is involved with each. You can find this information on the CMS website at

Yes, if the patient was both obese and diabetic and each was documented in detail.

Yes, but only if you truly have documented a separate significant problem that was not preventive in nature. When the AWV codes were added CMS made the comment in the Federal Register, that because of the time is requires to perform the AWV, they do not expect to see very many problem services billed on the same date of service. So be sure the problems are significant, not minor.
