How would the following be coded if you do Selective catheterization of the left vertebral artery and the right subclavian artery. My thought was: 36226-LT and 36225-RT. The only problem I'm having with that is that the dx is for Cerebral infarction due to embolism of LEFT carotid artery and an edit pops up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

As per given documentation, the codes you have selected (36226-LT and 36225-RT) are correct. Please share some details for any further clarity. Thank you.
