Thank you for your Question!

As per the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA), CPT® codes 62321, 62323, 62327, 62370, 64483, 62368, 20610 & 95972 does not typically require anesthesia care. CPT® code 76000 is a radiological service related to another Diagnostic or Therapeutic procedure, so reporting anesthesia for this code will not be appropriate. Hence, this code would not require separate anesthesia care.

For procedure(s) 64635 & 22514, the appropriate anesthesia code would be 01936.

Note: Kindly append payment modifiers AA, AD, GC, QK, QX, QY, or QZ along with anesthesia CPT® code 01936 basis your medical documentation, as claims for anesthesia services submitted without an appropriate payment modifier will be denied as a billing error for lack of a required modifier.

Hope that helps!
