Subir Posted Fri 11th of February, 2011 04:20:19 AM

we are in family practice and are starting to do aleergy testing and also ordering the actual allergy vials from a lab and administrating the allergy shots.

I am asked to use 95165 code x 300 unit

can that be correct?

There is a very systematic way to proceed with this. Contact the payor to know the number of units acceptable to them for billing at one go. Accordingly the billing mechanism can be set.
