Allergy billing for Medicare

Becky Posted Thu 07th of August, 2014 10:10:16 AM

How many units are allowed for Medicare for code 95018?

SuperCoder Answered Thu 07th of August, 2014 11:09:41 AM

Thanks for your question. Medicare does not specify a limit on the number of units that can be billed with 95018. Medicare does limit the billing of allergy testing within a three year period. See below link for additional information. Hope this helps!
