Hello, Can you please help me with the code for Abdominal Hemorrage during a repeat C-Section? Patient had Pre-Eclampsia thus the reason for a repeat C-Section. Could you please tell me what order to put the codes. Thank you.

The appropriate ICD 10 code for Abdominal Hemorrage during a repeat C-Section would be O90.2. While billing the operative report the primary code will be C-Section, Pre-Eclampsia code and followed by Abdominal Hemorrage code.
