Complex High Infusions - We are having a discussion if it would be appropriate to bill out these codes for ER drugs that are titrated during a critical care event for facility charges. Examples would be Nitro or Digoxin..Thxs

Thank you for you question.

If these services are performed during Critical Care, they would be part of that service, not separately billable with 96413/96415.

"Codes 96360-96379, 96401, 96402, 96409-96425, 96521-96523 are not intended to be reported by the physician in the facility setting."
