Common Diagnosis: Glaucoma

Modifiers: No modifiers. This code is considered bilateral without modifiers. Modifier 50 will result in rejection by most payers. Code considered unilateral or bilateral.

Use of Modifiers TC/26: Acceptable

No more than four times yearly.
