How do I bill 92132? I use ICD-9 365.02 to bill 92132 and getting denial due to no medical necessary. From CMS Guideline, it is payable ICD-9 to 92132. Please help me out.

You are correct 365.02 is an allowable diagnosis. You should call your payer for additional information. You may have to appeal this claim.
