In the past we've always coded flu shots by age but codes 90686 and others have changed to dosage amounts. Can we give a 6 month old Flulaval and code it with 90686?

Hi,

Please clarify your query as per your question flulaval to "6 month old'' referes to  the age of baby or manufacturing date of vaccine.

Thanks!
