89321 RVU

Maria Posted Thu 15th of May, 2014 14:01:26 PM

We know that 89321 does have a zero RVU value? How can I assign one to get the global RVU value? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Code 89321 doesn't have an RVU value because it's not paid on the Medicare physician fee schedule -- it's paid on the clinical laboratory fee schedule, and the national limit amount is $16.44
