No. Instead, you have to use follow-up ultrasound code 76857.

how many times can i use this on the same claim and do i i use a 76 or 59 thanks

It can rarely happen to bill 76857 multiple times on same claim. If it happens for the different site observation, then modifier 59. But if the site of study is same, by the same physician , then we need to bill with modifier 76.
