69619,69436-51. eob came back with 69436-51 N19 procedure code incidental to primary procedure and N390 this service can not be billed separately and paid nothing. how should this be coded?

This is correct. If these codes are applied on same ear, you cannot bill 69436 along with 69610.

69436 gets bundled into 69610.
