63030 vs 63047

Need some guidance with this one: Spinous processes were rongeured up at the L3-4 level and the operating microscope was brought onto the field. The a high speed bur was used to perform laminectomy, foraminotomy and medial facetectomy down to the L3-4 level. With the microscope a medial facetectomy was continued on the left side. Patient had sequestered disc herniation that was identified and dissected away from the thecal sac and removed in several fragments. It appeared enlarged and fairly compressive. The decompression was continued from the L2-3 disc space to the L3-4 disc space and any residual disc material was removed. I am torn as whether this would be 63030 or 63047/63048? MRI showed evidence of a sequestered disc herniation from L2-3 with significant foraminal stenosis. Also, if the code is 63030 (L3-4), can anything else be billed for the decompression done at the L2-3 and L3-4?
