Surgeon performed hamilaminotomy,foraminotomy and microdiskectomy at right L4-L5 and Left L3-L4. Dx were lumbar foraminal stenosis and disk bulge. Need help with codes.

With the clinical vignette provided here, 63030 would be better suited for the hemilaminotomy, foraminotomy, and microdiskectomy for lumbar foraminal stenosis and disk bulge.
