For the following report would we be able to code 62290 x3 and 72295-52, 72295-52, & 72295-52 since our Dr. did the "supervision" part and Dr. X did the interpretation part?

DESCRIPTION: The procedure explained to the patient and informed
consent was obtained. Sterile prep drape was performed over the
lumbar spine using maximal sterile barrier technique. 1% lidocaine
was administered to the overlying soft tissue.

Under fluoroscopic guidance, a 20-gauge needle was inserted into the
L5/S1 disc space from a posterior oblique approach.

A second 20-gauge needle was inserted into the L4/L5 disc space under
fluoroscopic guidance.

A final 20-gauge needle was inserted into the L3/L4 disc space under
fluoroscopic guidance.

Following this, several ccs of normal saline was injected into each
disc in an attempt to reproduce the patient's reported low back pain.

The patient tolerated procedure without difficulty.

IMPRESSION: Successful provocative discogram. Interpretation will
be rendered per Dr. X.
