I have a case the provider coded 60254 and 38724.She did a thyroidectomy with radical neck dissection and a cervical lymphadenectomy(modified radical dissection). I'm not sure if I can report 60254 with 37824.Please advise.

Total thyroidectomy with pretracheal and bilateralcentral neck lymph node dissections. Right lateral level two A, two B,three, four, and five lymph node dissection. Left lateral level two, threeand four lymph node dissections, intraoperative RLN monitoring.
