If our physician is performing this procedure do we need any type of modifier? We have Pro & HB He did this inn the Hospital.

As I know, there is no special modifier used with 47000. Could you please elaborate it for which context you are referring this to.

This is just for Biopsy of the liver,needle;percutaneous. Which we used 47000
