Physician performed a colonoscopy with forceps, saline injection lift technique using hot snare and also injected India ink for tattooing. 45831 is used for both the saline lift and the tattooing. Since both were done, can 45381 be billed twice with a modifier, or is billing code once correct for both procedures together.

You will bill 45381 only once per session, even though the physician may administer multiple injections during the procedure.
