44180 vs 58662

coded 58662 for the lap of surgical for the peritoneal surface...but reading the op report I think 44180 may be more appropriate...please let me know what cpt code to use. much appreciate it!

The optiview technique was then utilized and intra-abdominal placement was confirmed. Pneumoperitoneum was established. Intra-abdominal findings as stated above. No evidence of vascular or bowel injury. An additional 5 mm port was placed suprapubically. The right sided colonic adhesions were taken down using the ligasure and a laparoscopic peanut. Irrigation was performed. Excellent hemostasis was noted. All instruments were removed from the abdomen and pneumoperitoneum was released.
