can i bill these two codes together with 59 modifier if done in the LLL?

Hi, The CPT code 31629 is inclusive of the service performed in 31625. Hence, if these two need to be billed together, one has to append modifier (such as 59, Distinct Procedural Service) to CPT 31625 in order to differentiate between the services provided. Hope this helps. Thanks
