Dr. performed: Left ring finger trigger finger release.
Synovectomy of the left ring finger. Bilateral digital nerve neuroplasty, left ring tinger.
Insurance paid 26145 and 64702 but denied 26055 59 as included with 26145. Is this correct?

CCI edits states "Code 26055 is a column 2 code for 26145 , but a modifier is allowed in order to differentiate between the services provided". So, if both the procedures were performed on same finger and through same incision, you cannot bill 26055 even with any modifier.
