how do i know which aspiration code to pick/use for an aspiration of cyst procedure? what are some key words that will tell me one over the other?

i am referring to the difference between 20612 and 10160. thank you -

CPT code 20612 is specifically for Aspiration and/or injection of ganglion cyst, whereas CPT 10160 if for aspiration of abscess/hematoma/bulla or cyst, other than ganglion cysts. Technique is same in both code procedure.
