Terri Posted Thu 25th of August, 2016 16:39:25 PM
Am I able to bill out 2 Steroid Injection both done on the LEFT foot over 5 different joints? I billed CPT 20550 LT and then 20550 LT, 59.. Would that be correct?

You can bill it with 2 units. CPT 20550-LT x 2 (two units- in same line in claim form) or CPT 20500-LT and 20500-LT (in two different lines in claim form) , it can be fill both ways. Need not to appent modifier 59 is in this case.
