11100/11101 vs. 11300-11313

Is the only difference between these 2 types of codes that a specimen is sent to pathology for 11100/11101?

For CPT code '11100' a single lesion is biopsied. For '11101' additional lesions are biopsied. Use 11101 in conjunction with 11100.
