Which CPT to use : 11044 and 11047 x 3 or 11043 and 11046 x 3
On the posterior aspect of the leg, there was a large wound. There were necrotic tendons exposed and there was a big gap into the wound where the bone could be palpated. There was foul-smelling drainage coming out of the wound. using a combination of forceps, curette and scissors, I debrided all the necrotic tendon and necrotic muscle with excision of those tissues down to bone and skin subcutaneous were also excised. ulcer measured after deb 14 x 5.5 x 3.0

Use 11043 and 11046 x 3, since the provider has not debrided any bone. He has just reached to bone level. Thanks !!
