GHI denied the 4 units and paid only for two. Can we bill 10022 4 units? or should we put them on separate lines?

MUE of CPT 10022 is 4. So you can bill maximum 4 units of CPT code 10022 on the billed DOS. you have already received payment for 2 units. so for rest 2 units, please re-submit the claim with CPT 10022 and 10022-59 x1 unit to explain that FNA done on different-different lesions.
