She develops content for webinars, onsite and virtual training courses for multiple specialties, and books. Prior to this role, she was the lead auditor handling audits for several TCI clients. Nikki has more than 15 years of experience in multispecialty coding, auditing, billing and practice management. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Mount Olive University in Mount Olive, North Carolina and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Saint Leo University in Saint Leo, Florida.
