Question: Is there a CPT code we can bill for measuring the pressure in the compartment when the orthopedist suspects compartment syndrome?

Answer: 20950 (Monitoring of interstitial fluid pressure [includes insertion of device, e.g., wick catheter technique, needle manometer technique] in detection of muscle compartment syndrome) is appropriate for this type of measurement.
