What Is the NDC Crosswalk on SuperCoder?

The NDC crosswalk allows you to pair National Drug Codes (NDCs) to relevant CPT® and HCPCS Level II codes using data from Medicare, so you’ve got accurate information for your claim.

If you have a SuperCoder online coding package that includes this NDC crosswalk, you can access the data a few different ways:

  • Widget on Coding Tools page: On your Coding Tools page, look for the widget titled NDC ? CPT®/HCPCS. You can search the tool using a CPT® or HCPCS Level II code, the NDC, or the drug name. The Crosswalks page, accessed by clicking Crosswalks in the top ribbon menu of the Coding Tools page, has this same widget.
  • Dedicated tool: In the left menu of the Coding Tools page, click Crosswalks/NDC?HCPCS Lookup. A page featuring only this tool will open. Again, you can search by the CPT® or HCPCS Level II code, the NDC, or the drug name.

Code details page: For relevant CPT® and HCPCS Level II codes, check the Crosswalks section for the NDC & Drug tab. You’ll find a listing of the NDCs, drug names, labeler names, and more.
