   howdy, i was informed that i need to ask you this
   question: i was planning on doing a tendon repair
   with graft placement. well there was no tear to be
   found so what i did was explore the area and
   decompress the area. How should i code it and bill
   for it? It was a posterior tibial tendon repair using the
   flexor tendon repair code with graft, as the closest
   code.

   To me, it's close to 28200. posterior tibial tendon is a flexor tendon only. Please check your documentation for more details.
