   Hi, I'm very new at this and could use everyone's help. I work for a community mental health center (11-office center). We are starting a partial hospitalization program, which consists of a physical, possibly med management, and 4 group therapy sessions perday, that run about 45 minutes long for each session. I have found a couple of codes but were unsure if I could use them to bill for private insurance, possibly medicaid or medicare. Here are the codes that I have found: 90818, 90819, 90853, and HCPCS code of H0035.
   Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
