   First part of the procedure was a bil vasectomy then the dr made an incision through the scrotal wall and testicle with epididymis and epididymal cyst were pushed out into the wound. The epididymal cyst was then carefully dissected away with sharp dissection and electrocautery. The entire cyst was exicsed. The appendix epididymis was removed. The testis with epididymis were then returned to the wound in proper orientation. How do I code this procedure?
