   Patient is going to have bilateral ureteral reimplant (50780 -50). Prior to the reimplant a cystoscopy is performed to make sure there is no inflammation or trabeculation of the bladder. Is this billable (52000) in the circumstance?

   This concept related Edits existed a long time back. But, now I think(not sure), you can also code 52000.

   There is now CCI edit that would prevent you from reporting 50780 and 52000 together so I believe you should be fine.
