   We are an ASC, can we bill for the "Greenlight Laser", as a supply code, ex A4649? for a TURP? In my opinion it is needed to do procedure and part of the lay description.Please help!!

   Drug, biological, radiopharmaceutical, DME equipment or supply NOT billable by an ASC. These include DME billable only by an enrolled supplier to the DME MAC and drugs and supplies billable by other providers and suppliers, such as ESRD facilities.
