  1. Hello. Help! I need to know what is replacing the tonography billed as CPT 92120. 92120 became inactive as of 1/1/2012, and no research so far has successfully listed the replacement CPT. Thank you.

  2. Give me some time. Our Coding staff are also busy with updates of 2012. I will revert back to you with my findings Monday.

  3. Thank you. Looking forward to it.

  4. As per mention in the additional info below the code 92100 in the CPT book, it says 92120 and 92130 have been deleted. Ocular blood flow measurements are reported with 0198T. Single-episode tonometry is a component of general ophthalmological service or E/M service.
So, based on above notes in CPT book, we can conclude that other than ocular blood flow measurements, we need to code Tonography from ophthalmological E/M code series, i.e, 92002,92012, and 92014 as appropriate.
