   The cpt for a digital block appears to be 64450, excision of a complex nail plate is 11750, and drainage of a sub-fascia abscess appears to be a 10061. None of these codes appear bundled, but when both digital nerves are blocked, I believe the 64450-51 code is used.
   Whereas the single nerve block 64450 pays around $118.00, when the -51 modifier follows as 64450-51, the fee reimbursed is $0.00. Does anyone with podiatry experience know how to code bilateral digital block, excision of complex nail and I&D of plantar toe abscess (talon)? Thanks in advance.

   Code 64450, 10061 and 11750 has bundling issues between them. So as per CCI edit 64450 is considered as part of these surgical codes (10061, 11750)so it was not reimbursed.
