   A tension free vaginal tape obturator was placed during a vaginal hysterectomy along with anterior repair and a McCall culdoplasty. A grade 2 cystocele and grade 1 rectocele were repaired. I have a code of '58260' vaginal hysterectomy that I know is correct. What other procedure code(s) do I need for year 2010? Thanks, Lynn

   These are the codes for this scenario:

   58260-vaginal hysterectomy
   57288-TVTO
   57283-McCall culdoplasty
   45560-rectocele(Separate Px)
   57240-cystocele

   Remember 45560 is for separate Px. If it is performed on separate encounter then only you can use, else you can't use this code. Only you have to use rest four codes for this.
