  1. '15850' is it appropriate to bill insurance for this code during the 90 days global period by the same physician with modifier 58 or any other modifiers.Thanks

  4. Not sure if it is Milliman Care Guidelines, but I think this is perhaps the Guideline you are looking for:
    Suture removal is separately reimbursable only if performed by a physician other than the physician who originally closed the wound. Suture removal by other than the operating surgeon should billed with S0630. Removal of sutures when performed under anesthesia (other than local) should be billed with CPT codes 15850 or 15851.
