   We have a pt getting excision of rhematoid nodules on the left wrist and left index finger with a EPL repair and she may use EIP what procedure and icd 9 codes would I use for these?

   those are all i have at the moment the surgery is not done i was just trying to get some codes for authorization of the surgery

   Excision of soft tissue masses from the thumb pulp and 5th profundus tendon with reefing of the FDP tendon and repair of the A4 pulley. Exploration of the questionable mass on the index laterally to the PIP which turned out to be probably cartilaginous spurs under the collateral ligament. There was no rheumatoid nodule. Injection of the extensor retinaculum and MCP of the index with steroid and marcaine.
