   When entering CCI edits, it says '15420' is not a valid code for a procedure done on Dec 31, 2011. Isn't this code valid up to and including Dec 31, 2011 until midnight. (When you put in the new code for 2012, on the date of service Dec 31, 2011, the supercoder CCI edit accepts it) Is this an error??
