   We have a physician based Urgent Care and I need to know how to bill for strappings performed on patients. The UC physicians will list an E/M with a strapping and I am being told that strappings are bundled into the E/M but how are the strapping materials billed? We need to receive payment for the materials but I am not sure how to bill.

   29799 (Unlisted procedure, casting or strapping). But, to reimburse it, you may have to submit records or documentation, but reimbursement will be up to your carrier’s discretion.
