   CAN REVISION OF BKA STUMP CPT 27886 AND COMPLEX CLOSURE OF THE BKA STUMP (22 CM)BE BILLED TOGETHER? I FEEL THAT THIS SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN REVISION

   It is re-amputation, there must be serious complications that did give rise to re-amputation and complex closure of the wound so created. I would still prefer to code both. Interestingly, there is no edits issue too, which supports to code both.
