   Please help me with coding the following procedures:

   1.)transurethral resection of bladder lesion/ Transurethral vaporization of prostatic urethra & resection of lesion

   2.)Radical cystoprostatectomy with bilateral lymph node dissection

   3.) Transurethral vaporization of the bladder neck using the Greenlight laser
