The patient had no fetal movement on her ob visit to the office and it was determined at that time that she had an intrauterine fetal demise before 20 weeks. She was then admitted to the hospital where she was give cytotec for induction. I wanted to use '59855' for the procedure and '632' for the diagnosis code. Can you please tell me if this is correct?

Procedure is correct, but I have doubt on Dx. You should refer 635 category as per documentation.
