   Also is there a modifier that can be used for Stent Removal in office "52310" post Lithotripsy

   There is no specific cpt code for Robotic assisted Ureterectomy and stent insertion:
   17.41 : Open robotic assisted procedure
   17.42 Laparoscopic robotic assisted procedure

   2ndly:
   Depending upon the documentation, you can use modifier with cpt 52310:
   58 modifier if it is planned and staged, or
   79 modifier if found appropriate.
