  1. Did Non selective debridement, wet to dry or enzymatic '97602' on both legs. Can I charge for both?

  2. Yes, you can charge for both the legs using modifier LT, RT (97602 - LT. 97602 - RT). Else you can check with your insurance's guidelines and code the CPT twice OR like this -- 97602 x 2.

    150% adjustment concept does not apply here, so you can expect full payment (twice the amount for a single side Px).

  3. Concept of LT/RT or 50 is not allowed in this case so you cannot bill it with these modifiers. Cpt 97602 description says (Removal of devitalized tissue from wound(s),.....) wound(s)i.e. a treatment can be performed for 1 or more than one wound.
